He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond John Sandvik and Arlene Sandvik (Leifur). He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn Dunfee Sandvik; his daughter Holly Sandvik Godfrey; his son-in-law Jeremy Godfrey; his grandsons, Jackson and Colton Godfrey of Asheville, NC; his siblings, Gerald Sandvik of Toledo, OH, Cheryl Stuntz (Gary) of Montgomery, AL, Sig Sandvik (DiAnne) of Ocala, FL and Jodi Sandvik (Vicki Yoho) of Moundsville, WV; and his brother-in-law Richard Dunfee (Dale Swartos) of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
