He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Hill and Blanch Hill; his wife Billie Joyce Hill; and his siblings, Webster Hill, Helen Stutts, Bessie Jordan and Nora Monroe.
He is survived by: his brother Bob Hill; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Hill and Maxine Hill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
