She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Joachim Diffily, III; her children, Kevin Diffily of Pittsburgh, PA, Kristine McKenna of Seven Lakes, NC and Kelly Diffily (Steven Kenney) of Philadelphia, PA; and her grandchildren, Ferdinand Sawyer, Kayla McKenna and Nora Diffily-Kenney.
