Sylvia Stout Harbin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2022, at the age of 77, Sylvia Stout Harbin (Southern Pines, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Stout and Beulah Stout; her former husband Louis Salyer; her siblings, Julia Barnwell, Alene Rosencrans, Wayne Stout, Clinton Stout and Cecil Stout; and her son Keith Salyer.
She is survived by: her pet Fred; her husband Roy Harbin; her children, Sherry Salyer and Michael Salyer (Teresa); her daughter-in-law Karen Salyer; her grandchildren, Troy Wilson, Amber Abernathy (Zack), Samantha Marsh (Brennan), Alex Salyer, Tyler Salyer (Kayla) and Lauren Salyer; her great grandchildren, Weston Salyer, Tate Salyer, Caiden Marsh, Teigan Marsh, Lillian Marsh and Josie Booth; her godson David Barber (Ashley); and her stepchildren, Dana Harbin, John Harbin and Jerry Harbin (Julie). She is also survived by five step-grandchildren, three step great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in memory of Sylvia Harbin to FirstHealth Hospice and Palliative care at 150 Applecross Dr. Pinehurst, NC 28374.
