He was predeceased by: his parents, John Devine and Ruth Francis Devine. He is survived by: his wife Anne Hatcher; his sons, Marc David Devine and Todd Christian Devine; his grandchildren, Marc Andrew Devine (Kendra) and Lauren Taylor Devine; his great grandchildren, Alyiah and Andrew (Bubba); and his brothers-in-law, David Hatcher (Georgia) and Neal Hatcher (Vicky). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
