She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Woodman and Edythe Woodman (McNeely); her husband William John McGee; and her brother Robert Woodman, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Janet V Lewia (Peter Lewia) of Wilmington, NC and James W McGee (Meredith McGee) of Morristown, VT; her grandchildren, Peter C Lewia, Kathleen E Lilly (Taylor Lilly), Robert D McGee and Grace A McGee; her great grandchild Elizabeth L Lilly; her niece Jean Woodman; her nephews, Robert and James Woodman; and her sister Joan Woodman.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Lanpher Memorial Library in Hyde Park, VT.
