He is survived by: his wife Joan Slowik (Beaudry) of Joseph's Church; his children, Janice Mooney (Larry), Mick Slowik (Kathy) and Jonathan Slowik (Kerry); his grandchildren, Ashley Pereira (Nelson), Gregory Mooney (Lucrezia), Laura Bergeron (Ryan), Matthew Slowik, Taylor McKeithen (Jordan) and Kiersten Page (Austin); his great grandchildren, JP, Camila Pereira, Seth, Lydia Mooney, Logan, Erin, Elliot Bergeron and Isla Rose McKeithan; and his brother Donald Slowik. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
