He is survived by: his siblings, Chris Millard of Cincinnati and Andy of Atlanta; his wife Judy; his son Brian (Trish) of Canton, OH; his grandchildren, Tyler and Jenna; his daughter Cory (Douglas) of Warren, RI; and his great grandchildren, Otto and Max.
