He was predeceased by : his father John Ralph; and his wife Brenda Sides Nelson. He is survived by : his sister Kathy Freeman; his nieces, Holly Benton (Tim) and Michelle Benton (Jim); his son Chad Reece (Kim); his granddaughter Alexis Reece; his parents-in-law, Homer and Bonnie Sides; and his sisters-in-law, Loretta Sides (Rick Long) and Debra Sides Haynes (Mike). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
