She was predeceased by : her mother Kathleen Marie Blackburn; and her grandparents, Jimmy Lee Blackburn, Nettie P. Blackburn and Robert Duncan. She is survived by : her father Terry Blackburn; her husband Sascha Ford; her brother Terry Blackburn, Jr.; her grandmother Gerre Duncan; her aunts, Debbie Page, Karol Debolt and Karen Bloom; and her uncle Robert Duncan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
