She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Woodrow and Louise Maczuga Anderson; her husband Thomas Patrick O'Hara, Jr.; and her brothers, Woody Anderson and Thomas Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer DeGroat (Eric) of Sparta and Thomas O'Hara (Beth) of Ovid, NY; her grandchildren, Bailey Cain (Austin) of Sparta and Abbigail DeGroat of Sparta; her great grandchildren, River and Rowyn of Sparta; her brother Dennis Anderson (Mary Beth) of Boise, ID; and her pet Zuke.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Grandview Funeral Home (789 Grandview Dr, Sparta, NC 28675). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bruce Wayne Osborne VFW Post #7034, PO Box 1838, Sparta, NC 28675 or the veteran's organization of the donor's choice.
