He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lee and Theresa Blevins Crouse; and his brother Billy Wayne Crouse. He is survived by : his wife Judy; his daughters, Angie (Jim Webb), Shannan (Bradley Tate) and Wendy (Bubba Collins); his grandchildren, McKenzie Tate, Mason Tate, Joseph Collins, Nick Webb, Josiah Collins and Jeremiah Collins; his brother Edward; his sister-in-law Eleanor Crouse of Sparta, NC; his sisters, Elaine Osborne of Glade Valley, NC and Gayle; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Kiser of Draper, VA and Debbie Crouse of Sparta, NC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make donations to the Wytheville Presbyterian Church, Agape Food Pantry, and American Legion Post # 9.
