She is survived by: her sister Ilene Church of Sparta; her nieces, Sheila Carico of Galax, VA and Sandra Walker of Ennice; her great-nephew Josh Carico of Ennice, T. J; and her stepchildren, Robert Parks (Gayle) of Locust Grove, GA and Juanita Schlotthober of Roanoke, VA.
