With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip Erwin Davidson of Sparta, North Carolina, born in Jenkins, Kentucky, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Erwin J. Davidson and Helen J. McCoy Davidson; his wife Linda E. Davidson of Sparta; his children, JoEllen Davidson of Lexington, KY, Kelli Vought (Jason) of Lake City, FL, Tara Davidson of Richmond, KY, Angela Hemrick (Steve) of Kernersville, NC and Trevor Wilson (Angie) of Ennice, NC; his grandchildren, Logan Davidson, MacKenzie Vought, Cory Vought, Destiny Davidson, London Clark, Presley Clark, Austin Hemrick, Brittany Hemrick and Stephen Hemrick; and his great grandchild Bodhi Swaim.
