He is survived by : his father Robert Dean Mullis of Sparta; his wife Janet Mullis; his sisters, LeAnn Phipps (Glen) of Sparta and Shannon Martinez (Alex) of Sparta; his children, Amber McWaters of Sparta, Donnie McWaters of Sparta and David McWaters (Crystal) of Low Gap; his grandchildren, Katy, Charlee, Jayden, Carson, Ryker, McKenzie, Heavenly and Koltyn; his nieces, Sophie Martinez and Summer Phipps; his nephew Dylan Phipps; and his close friends, Matt Triplett, Bobby Goss, John Meachum, William Crouse, David Greene, Gale Billings, Bobby Royal, Big Jim and Robert Roten. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
