She was predeceased by: her parents, James Millard Crouse and Marilee Rodgers Crouse; her husband Franklin Eugene Hendricks; and her brother Joseph Franklin Crouse, Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, John Franklin Hendricks (Chris) of Jacksonville, FL and Michael Eugene Hendricks (Beth) of Sparta; her siblings, James Wilson Crouse of Cana, VA and Mary Ann Crouse Jesse (Paul Frey); and her close friend Terry Atwood of Sparta. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
