She is survived by: her husband Donnie Ray Smith, Sr.; her children, Donnie Ray Smith, Jr. (Elizabeth) of China Grove, Gary Smith of Spencer, Michelle Smith of Salisbury and Michael Smith of Spencer; her brother Gerry Lewis Stirewalt of Derwood, MD.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Smith (Sonya), Haley Smith, Johnna Black, Lawrence "Bubba" Black, Absalom Patterson, Vernon Leroy Newton, III and Cody Jerome Smith; her great grandchildren, Danny Smith, Laura Smith, Mikaela Black, Layla Black Robinson, Layna Black, Landon Black, Denyilah Black, Deylon Black, DeVynnah Black and Zailin Harte; and her nephew Ian Stirewalt of Casper, WY.
