He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Benjamin Kinzie. He is survived by: his parent Hallie Ledger Kinzie; his wife Judith Kinzie; his daughters, Cheryl Neal, Shirley Wooten, Nancy Oliver and Brenda Spear; his brother Harold Kinzie of Colorado; and his nephew Don Carbaugh of Nebraska.
