He is survived by: his wife Ann James Deviney; his daughter Amy Deviney of Clayton, NC; his siblings, Jerry F. Deviney (Linda) of Virginia Beach, VA, Joan Deviney Wall of Rutherfordton and Mary Rachel Moore (Hugh) of Spindale; and his grandson Miles William Usery. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
