He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Wanda Fuller Westwood. He is survived by: his son Seth Hardin of Bailey; his siblings, Joseph Hardin of Wake Forest and Amy Stinson (Tommy) of Norlina; his stepfather Kirt Westwood of Manson; his aunts, Regina Bridges and Kay Fuller; his nieces, Magen Parker, Vanessa Parker and Shelby Hardin; and his pet Zeus. He is also survived by many extended family members and good friends.
A reception was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1130 N Winstead Ave, Rocky Mount, NC 27804).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in David's name to either the Wound Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675, or to another veteran's charity of choice.
