JoAnn Swaney Allman Obituary
JoAnn Swaney Allman, 81, of Spring Hope passed away on December 31, 2025. JoAnn was born on December 20, 1944 in Penn-Craft, PA to the late Henry and Geraldine.
In addition to her parents, JoAnn was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Charles Allman, and her sister Shirley Jean Gosse.
JoAnn is survived by her sons, Jeffrey and James Allman, and her grandchildren Ashlyn and Waylon.
JoAnn worked as an administrator for the EPA. Her favorite activities, interests, and achievements include being a member of the Justice Volunteer Fire Department and the Franklin County Bee Keepers. She enjoyed crocheting and absolutely loved all children and her neighbors. She felt blessed by living in such a tight knit community. Additionally, JoAnn was a member of Duke Memorial Baptist Church.
A Memorial Service will be held 2 P.M on Saturday January 17th, 2026 at Duke Memorial Baptist Church.
