He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Edwards and Doris Murray Edwards; and his sister Faye Edwards. He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Kennedy (Robbie); his siblings, Ray Edwards (Wendy) of Spring Hope and Marsha Parker (Jerry) of Spring Hope; his granddaughters, McKenzie and Maura Kennedy; and his nephew David Dickinson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Free Union Free Will Baptist Church (3454 Macedonia Rd, Spring Hope, NC 27882). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Free Union Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery (3454 Macedonia Rd, Spring Hope, NC 27882).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sutton's Retirement Center Activity Fund, 4258 Hwy 13 N, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
