It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morris Earl Joyner of Spring Hope, North Carolina, who passed away on November 30, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Morris may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Morris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Collier Joyner; and his parents, Sidney Frank Joyner and Minnie Belle Gay. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Eastwood (Donnie) and Grace Lee Fuller (Darrin); his granddaughters, Brandy Frederick (Scott), Amanda Klinger-Rosa, Adrea Williams (Joey), Ashley Klinger and Nikki Eastwood; and his sisters, Joanie Wall and Millie Griffin. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.
