She was predeceased by: her mother Elnora Wiggins; and her siblings, Sarah Patterson, Isaac Patterson and Ronald Patterson. She is survived by: her children, Monique Avery, Neeshan T. Williams, Jerkesh R. Williams and Bryant E. Williams; her siblings, Sibyl Gail Hinton, Deborah Artis, Ellen Daniels, Mark Patterson and Willard Patterson; and her stepmother Sallie Mae Williams. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). Viewing was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Lea Funeral Home Chapel (2500 Poole Rd, Raleigh, NC 27610).
