She is survived by: her husband Luciano Pecina, Jr. of Chicago; her children, Amy Yolanda Boykin and Jason Dewey Boykin; her children-in-law, Trisha Boykin and James May; her grandsons, Aleck Perez McCoy, Jadon Dewey Boykin, Dalen Anthony Boykin and Kethan Lou Boykin; and her siblings, Larry Gene Mullins and Clairene Boykin.
