He was predeceased by: his father Thurlo Jackson Shearin, Sr.; his brother Thurlo Jackson Shearin, Jr.; and his grandson Christopher Rizzo. He is survived by: his mother Shelby Jean Wood Shearin; his wife Cathy Shearin; his children, Kayla Baines (Dustin) of Spring Hope, Taylor Shearin of Spring Hope and Jonathon Ballance (Brooklyn) of Bailey; and his grandchildren, Addison Ballance, Westin Baines, Samuel Baines, Alexis Baines, Payten Baines and Natalie Baines.
