He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Dewitt Rhodes and Crema Rhodes; his brothers, Rabon Rhodes (Madie) and Alton Rhodes (Glenda); and his brother-in-law Bill Stump.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Rhodes; his son Buddy Dewitt Rhodes II (April); his grandchildren, Hannah and Wyatt Rhodes; and his sisters, Linda Stump and Joyce LeMaire. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Gourd Springs Baptist Church (4575 Ray Rd, Spring Lake, NC 28390). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gourd Springs Baptist Church building fund at 4575 Ray Rd, Spring Lake, NC 28390 in memory of Buddy D. Rhodes, I.
