She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Odell Jenkins and Nettie May Hobbs Jenkins; and her brother Lawrence Jenkins. She is survived by: her husband Larry Smith; her children, Crystle Furin (Matthew Furin) of Mooresville, NC, Tammy Muza of Fayetteville, NC and Chad Smith (Cathy Smith) of Stedman, NC; her siblings, Carrie Woolsey, Fern Teems, Ginger Herndon, Art Jenkins, John Jenkins, Vick Jenkins and Odell Jenkins; and her grandchildren, Brittany Nichols (Brandon Nichols), Dustyn Downing, Jamie Hayes (Willard Hayes), Joseph Furin and Kerstyn Smith. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren; and many extended family.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Antioch Church of God (542 Shaw Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28303). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimers Association, St Jude or Valley Hospice House in Fayetteville NC.
