He is survived by: his sons, Leon Gilbert (Dianne) of Lumber City and Ricky Gilbert of Georgia; and his siblings, Morris A. Gilbert, Kathy S. Gilbert of Spring Lake, Patsy Gilbert of Texas and Joyce Gilbert of Brownwood, Texas..
