With sadness, we share the passing of Robert Gilfillan (Spring Lake, North Carolina). Robert, born on May 15, 1967, passed away on June 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kenneth Gilfillan and Sarah Edith Gilfillan; his wife Betty Jamerson; and his brothers, Thomas Gilfillan and Ralph David Gilfillan.
He is survived by: his children, Jessie Jamerson (Sierra) and Emily Watkins (Lee); his grandson Zachariah; and his siblings, Johnny Gilfillan (Margaret), Mary Bullington, Safford Gilfillan, Lena Gilfillan and Ruthie Greene. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, designated specifically for lung cancer research, in Bobby's memory.
