As we bid Roger farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Roger is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwin Strange, Sr. and Jeannine Loretta Strange; and his siblings, Mark Allen Strange and Robin Shelton. He is survived by: his siblings, Teresa Strange of Spring Lake, NC, Charles Strange, Jr. (Donna) of North Liberty, IA, Wendy Jernigan (Mark) of Spring Lake, NC, Roy Strange of Spring Lake, NC and Pam Morin (Steve) of Charlotte, NC.; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Strange of Cameron, NC and Scott Shelton. He is also survived by one niece, three nephews, one great-niece, and one great-nephew.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Memorial Gardens (1857 N Bragg Blvd, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
