She was predeceased by: her parents, Utley Exzell Norris and Virginia Dare Norris; and her brother William Donnie Norris (Curtis Excell Norris). She is survived by: her husband Timothy Rowe; and her siblings, Sue Norris Hicks (Mike), Charles Lee Norris (Diane) and Dennis Earl Norris.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Layton Chapel Baptist Church Activity fund in honor of their wife, mother, and grandmother Teresa Ann Rowe.
