She is survived by: her children, Teresa Dale (Dennis) of Bakersville and Jack Sparks, Jr. of Marion; her grandchildren, Chelsey Sparks, Matthew Ward (Amy), Michelle Smith (Shannon), Levi Dale (Amber) and Autumn Killman (David); her great grandchildren, Daylee, Elijah, Linsie Smith and Corbin Killman; and her sibling's children, Carolyn Adkins and Tim Burleson (Rosalee).
