He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Calloway and Bertha Benfield Calloway; and his siblings, John Calloway (Deborah) of Newland and Ruth Calloway. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Calhoun (Robert) of Newland; his girlfriend Anita Faye Love of Spruce Pine; his granddaughter Brandy Calhoun of Newland; and his sisters, Ruby Jolley (Eugene) of Georgia, Alice Buchanan of Bryson City, Rose Calloway of Bryson City and Susie Stout (Daniel).
