Carole Arthurs Obituary
The memory of Carole Arthurs (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), who passed away on June 7, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Allison Marks and Edward Stanley Marks; her husband James William Arthurs; her sons, Timothy, Andrew and Kristopher; her brother Charles Marks (Corky); and her sister-in-law Carolyn Pritz Marks.
She is survived by: her children, James Scott Arthurs (Rhonda) of Intercession City, FL, Jamie Arthurs Snyder (Charlie) of Spruce Pine, NC and Shawn Arthurs (Deborah) of Orlando, FL. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Walnut Grove Church (47 Bob Taylor Rd, Newland, NC 28657). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
