He is survived by : his daughter Carmen Hughes (Mike) of Spruce Pine; his grandsons, Ethan and Zachary Hodge of Maitland, FL; his daughter-in-law Michele Hodge of Maitland, FL; his siblings, Jerry Hodge (Peggy) of Spruce Pine and Brenda Slagle (Robert) of Spruce Pine; his close friend Mary Lou Greene of Spruce Pine; and his brother-in-law Donnie Vickers of Spruce Pine.
