He is survived by: his mother Jackie Cook; his sister Brandy Cook; his niece Kinsley Calloway of Crossnore; his grandmother Virgina Hollifield of Deer Park; his aunts, Goldie Hughes and Shelly Rose; and his uncle Jason Rose (Ronda).
