She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Broughton; and her parents, Harold Tidwell and Artie Bell Barker. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Duane Broughton (Margaret) of Barnardsville and Joe "Dusty" Dustin Broughton of Burnsville; her sister Dorothy Sullivan; her grandchildren, Razvan Matei, Brianna Broughton, Liam Broughton, Amanda Turbes (Perry), Ashley Osterman (Jeff), Tera Whittle (James) and Samantha Causby (Justin); her great grandchildren, Marshall, Dylan, Daphnie, Ryder, Isla, Ceci, Genevieve, Emmett and Harrison; and her caregivers, Lyndsey Garland and Sabrina Witt.
