He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Young and Mary Sue Young. He is survived by: his children, Melissa Young Woody (Dailen), Mark Young (Lena) and Laura Pittman (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Caden, Sophia, Addie, Maddox, Parker and Amelia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (125 W Tappan St, Spruce Pine, NC 28777). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
