It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ina Claudine Biddix (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ambrose Grindstaff and Gladys Graybeal Grindstaff; her husband Daniel Biddix; her son Danny Ray Biddix; and her brother Bob Grindstaff.
She is survived by : her daughter Suzsan McKinney (Daniel) of Spruce Pine; her daughter-in-law Sue Biddix of Spruce Pine; her grandchildren, Haley Gowdy (Steve) of Boone, Kylie Bolick (Ben) of Boone, Josh Biddix (Chantel) of Spruce Pine and Justin Biddix (Anthea) of Bakersville; her great grandchildren, Eli, Emmie, Ellabree, Aubree, Holden, Liam and Ellie; her siblings, Claudette McHone of Spruce Pine, Della Owens of Easley, SC, Betty Glenn of Easley, SC and Butch Grindstaff of Spruce Pine; and her close friend Nancy Burleson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
