He is survived by: his mother Lillian Mae Burleson Forbes; his children, Chasidy Forbes of Burnsville, NC, Brandi Laws (Matt) of Newland, NC, Jeremy Forbes (Randi Jo) of Newland, NC, Trenton Suddreth (Kim) of Spruce Pine, NC and Trae Suddreth of Spruce Pine, NC; and his siblings, Darrell Forbes (Nancy) of Burnsville, NC and Patricia Biddix (Johnny) of Marion, NC.. He is also survived by grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
