She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Dale and Sandy Wheeler (Nate) of Burnsville; her grandchildren, Adam Dale (Holly), Aaron Dale (Janet), Denise Self (Gene), April Boring (John), Jason Dale (Maria), Amber Lowery (Bobby), Jordon Randolph (TJ) and Michaela Owenby (Blake); her siblings, Ricky Cook (Michelle) and Cindy Blevins (Richard); her sister-in-law Brenda Cook; and her son-in-law Norman Dale. She is also survived by seventeen great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
