We bid farewell to Kelly Gunter (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 4, 2025 at the age of 57. Kelly touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Danny Gunter; his daughter Alicia Gunter; and his grandparents, B. R. Wright, Wilma Wright, Ray and Carol Gunter.
He is survived by: his mother Sabra Wright Robinson (Larry); his granddaughter Raeleigh Gunter; his siblings, Jean Gunter (Rick Beam) and David Gunter; and his stepmother Carolyn Gunter. He is also survived by stepbrother, stepsister, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
