She was predeceased by : her parents, James Triplett and Fannie Dula Triplett; and her husband Beauford Parker. She is survived by : her sons, Douglas Hoyle, Kenneth Hoyle (Tammy) and Keith Parker (Keila). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren; several nieces' nephews and close friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to either; Medi-Home Hospice of Avery County or The Greens of Spruce Pine.
