With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Queen Silvers (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Queen and Lucy Huskins Queen; her husband Glenn; and her son David. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ellis (Eric 'Bubba') of Boone, Thomas'Bo'Silvers (Tonya) of Spruce Pine and Monica Hughes (Jamie) of Bakersville; and her grandchildren, Sierra Silvers, Noah Hughes and Jace Hughes.
