She is survived by: her son Roger Cook; her grandson Christopher Cook of Bakersville; her great grandchild Kayla Cook of Spruce Pine; her sisters, Virginia Burleson of Spruce Pine and Ethel Ollis of Bakersville; and her great great grandchildren, Jada, Lexi and Nova Cook.
