She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Buchanan and Mary Pitman Buchanan. She is survived by : her brothers, Ricky Buchanan and Ronnie; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Buchanan of Spruce Pine; her siblings, Georgia Buchanan, Charles Buchanan, Homer Buchanan, Anna Lee Rich, Rev. Arthur Buchanan (Anita), Doris Ann Mace, Shirley Newton (Joe), Andrew Buchanan, Tommy Buchanan (Kathy), Jerry Buchanan (Ruth) and Rev. Robert Buchanan (Vickie); and her caregivers, Brittany Murdock, Vickie Murdock, Kayla Murdock Wallace and Jamie Snell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
