He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Gruhot, Sr. and Keitha Ford Gruhot. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Gruhot; his daughter Mandy Gruhot of Carter County, TN; his sister Rose Mary Mitchell of Knoxville, TN; and his stepson Parris Senior of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, two loving aunts and several cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Webb Funeral Home (128 Roan Rd, Spruce Pine, NC 28777).
