She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Pitman and Kate Dellinger Pitman; her husband Sam Watson, Jr.; her brothers, Phillip Pitman (Hassie), Jack Pitman (Anna Lee), Rev. Joe Pitman (Lucy) and Robert Pitman (Iva); her nephew Roger Pittman; and her nieces, Jo Ann Morgan and Anita McGee.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathy Hendren (Adrian).
