Though Reba Mae may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her father Dave; her husband Ray Hollifield; her daughter Judy Hollifield; and her siblings, David, Vic and Jesse Frye.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Riddle (Gene) of Spruce Pine and Seve Hollifield (Tina) of Spruce Pine; and her sisters, Mary Carpenter of Spruce Pine, Margie Sparks of Spruce Pine, Jean Stewart of Marion and Anita Buchanan (Arthur) of Spruce Pine. She is also survived by four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Bethel Missionary Baptist Church (12021 US-19E, Spruce Pine, NC 28777).
